SHIPPING POLICIES
FREE SHIPPING (Horse Tack Items): All Equibrand horse tack (including Classic, Classic Equine, Cashel, Rattler and Martin Saddlery etc.) will ship free regardless of order amount. All free shipping tack items will ship by UPS ground. Saddles and some horse washes will not ship free. Weaver tack does not qualify for free shipping. (Case Knives): Our Case knives ship free, however the accessory items do not. If you put an accessory item in your cart with a knife, the free shipping option will not present itself. Also, Case knives on special may not ship free.
LOAD-N-GO POLICY
Our Load N Go service is simple: We will load your order while you wait in the comfort of your vehicle! The service is fast: order online. It is also convenient: come to the store and never leave your vehicle. It takes a few simple steps:
1. Place your order - Load N Go orders received after 3:00p.m. will be processed the following business day (M-F).
2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION - We will call and/or email you informing you that your order is in stock & ready for pick up.
3. Bring your printed order confirmation to the loading entrance - you will be directed where to go to be loaded.
4. ***Load N Go's are not processed on Saturdays. You may pick up an order on Saturday only if it was placed earlier in the week M-F.
Most in-stock orders received before 3:00p.m. CST/Monday-Friday will be processed and available for pickup the same day. You may also call to see if your order is ready for pick up by calling: (800) 234-1014 or (405) 741-4400.
OUT OF STOCK or SPECIAL ORDER Load N Go merchandise may incur freight charges to ship your order to our store.
LUMBER 2 FEED & MATERIALS ROUTE DELIVERY POLICY
Lumber 2 also offers a feed and materials route delivery service for the central Oklahoma area. This is a service for people who need a minimum of 12 online purchases a year delivered to their home or business (either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery service). Any on-line purchases qualify for this service and products included in the delivery may be mixed as well (for example clothes, feed and lumber may be put in the order). FEED DELIVERY TERMS:
1. Customer or agent of the customer must be present at the time of delivery.
2. Lumber 2 will deliver your products to an easily accessible location. Lumber 2 is not responsible for stacking products in the most appropriate location. Clean, dry, sheltered and raised from the floor locations are often best for storing items such as feed, but it is solely your responsibility to make sure your delivery is in the best location possible.
3. Livestock/pets must be contained in an area separate from the delivery location (so they don't have access to feed during delivery drop).
4. Lumber 2 will not be responsible for securing gates and or other access to and from the property during delivery drop.
DELIVERY RATES:
Flat delivery rate for feed/materials = $29.00
Feed Order Additional Charges (we will apply additional charges at time of processing when necessary):
For bagged feed orders greater than 1 ton (40bags), add an additional .50 cents per bag.
For orders greater than 6 mid-square bales, add an additional $5.00/bale.
For orders greater than 21 small bales, add an additional .50 cents/ bale.
For orders of bedding greater than 20 bales, add an additional .50 cents/bale.
LUMBER 2 FREIGHT POLICIES (SEE STATE MAP BELOW)
- Our freight delivery service is for those who need an order delivered - but does not qualify for our regular route delivery program. On orders weighing 25lbs or more, UPS and Lumber 2 freigt options are available to you. Lumber 2 will deliver on-line purchases anywhere in the state of Oklahoma (Monday-Saturday).

Lumber 2 Handling Fees
As your order is processed, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a 4hr window when you will be present to receive your delivery.
- Since products will be stacked either close to the truck or other location, a handling fee in addition to your shipping rate must be charged.

The cost of the handling fee will be determined at the time the delivery drop-off is scheduled.

Lumber 2 will check your shipping zone selection for accuracy. If we feel your zone selection is inaccurate we will adjust your zone accordingly for appropriate charges and you will be informed.

If you live outside the zones displayed, select zone 4 and we will advise you of your revised shipping charges at the time we schedule your delivery.

UNITED STATES ORDERS:

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. See the UPS and USPS delivery charts below.

Orders to be shipped via USPS priority are typically picked up for shipment two days of order receipt.

Orders with a total weight up 24lbs may be shipped via UPS or USPS.

UPS & USPS take box dimensions into account when charging for service, so additional charges might be necessary if your large packages.

Orders weighing 25lbs or more may shipped by UPS or Lumber 2.

Lumber 2 will only ship orders to be delivered within the state of Oklahoma.

UPS will deliver feed bags boxed for shipment. UPS won't ship hay.

Lumber 2 will ship large volume weights in Oklahoma. If you are outside of Oklahoma and have a large volume order, UPS freight charges may apply.

USPS (United States Postal Service) DEFINITIONS
Priority Mail: Priority Mail is predominantly a two/three-day ground and air product. The vast majority of Priority Mail is scheduled for delivery within two days, with some volume delivered overnight. Priority Mail rates can be determined by weight and travel distance.

1/ Guaranteed Next Day delivery is available between many ZIP Codes for items mailed during the week, Monday through Friday. The availability of Next Day service between ZIP Codes is more limited for items mailed on weekends or Federal holidays; for items destined to a ZIP Code that does not have delivery on Sundays or Federal holidays; and for Post Office - Post Office items or items addressed to a Post Office Box that are sent immediately prior to a weekend. In that case, the piece is guaranteed for delivery on the next regular delivery day, which is Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a Federal holiday. "2nd Delivery Day" may also apply to Express Mail sent two days before a holiday: for example, a piece mailed on a Tuesday to a remote destination that does not have Sunday/holiday delivery when Thursday is a Federal holiday would not be delivered until Friday (see note 3).
