Lumber 2 Home and Ranch Doing Business Notice:

Lumber 2 Home and Ranch is also doing business as Pocketknife USA and Equest Supply. All credit card purchases on this site will be paid to Lumber 2 Home and Ranch regardless of the e-storefront or landing pages within our site where you purchased your items.

Lumber 2 Home and Ranch Shipping Policy:

Our goal at Lumber 2 Home and Ranch (dba Pocketknife USA & Equest Supply) is to ship your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship our pocketknives by United States Post Office First Class (3 business day delivery). Providing your order is in stock, we will ship your product the same day we receive your order if received prior to our mail runs. We will pack your order with care to protect it from the rigors of shipping so you receive your item in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work to achieve your complete satisfaction.

Lumber 2 Home and Ranch Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy:

Lumber 2 only accepts returns for items purchased from Lumber 2 . Defective merchandise will be accepted, but the return must be approved at the sole discretion of Lumber 2. In addition, all returns are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Lumber 2. Abuse of an item by the customer will not be a valid claim for return. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must obtain a RGA number. Contact us on our Toll-Free number 1-800-234-1014 to receive a return goods authorization number and instructions.

Note the following:

  1. To obtain the RGA number, please provide us with the invoice number, name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
  2. Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RGA number written clearly on the original invoice and written clearly on the returned package. We will not accept returned merchandise without an RGA number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange and will be returned to sender.
  3. Once you receive an RGA number, you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 21 days of purchase. Non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Returns without the complete original packaging slip will not be accepted.
  5. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped within the United States (as determined by us).
  6. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
  7. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for a credit.
  8. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages or goods, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.

By using this site and purchasing our knives, you affirm you are at least 18 years old and can legally purchase knives from us. A minor who visits our store on line, must be accompanied by an adult at all times and MAY NOT purchase knives from our site.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We do not make public the exact nature of our security, however if you add an item to your shopping cart or enter a contest, your IP address is recorded to prevent mischief and fraud. If necessary, we will use that IP address to track down and prosecute violators of our policies or of law.
