FEEDING DIRECTIONS:
Feed N-Timidator Goat Ration 20 at a rate of 2.5 to 5.0lbs per head per day. If additional roughage is necessary, feed high quality hay or pasture. Have fresh, clean water available at all times.
Caution:
- Do not allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing Monensin. Ingestion of Monensin by horses has been fatal. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors resulting in high concentrations of Monensin has been fatal in cattle and could be fatal in goats. Monensin medicated feed is intended for use in cattle or goats. Consumption by unapproved species may result in a toxic reaction. Do not feed to lactating goats.
- N-Timidator Goat Ration R20 is intended for all stages of goat production, except lactation. Kids should be fed N-Timidator starting at 45 days of age as a creep feed. Intake will be approximatley 0.25 to 0.5 lb per head per day about 60 days of age when intake should approximately be 0.5 to 0.75 lb per head per day. Once weaned at 90 days, intake of N-Timidator should be approximately 2lb per head per day.
- Weaned bucks can be group fed while consumption is 2.5 to 3lb of N-Timidator. once voluntary consumption exceeds 3lb per head per day, goats should be hand fed to control body condition. Target intake is 5lb N-Timidator per head per day by 4.5 months of age. Mature bucks may only eat 2.5 to 3lbs of N-Timidatorduring rut, but will otherwise eat up to 5% of their body weight in total feed. Mximum feeding rate of N-Timidator is 5lb per head per day.
- Does should be consuming 2lb N-Timidator at weaning. Consumption of N-Timidator should be 2.5 to 3 lb per head per day from weaning until 7 months of age. Does should be fed 2lb of N-Timidator from 7 months of age until 10 months of age to prevent over-conditioning. From 10 to 11 months of age, does should be fed 3.5lb of N-Timidator in preparation for kidding. In the last month prior to kidding, consumption of all feedstruffs will decrease due to reduced rumen volume as the pregnancy comes to term.
- Mature does should be fed 2.5 to 3 lb of N-Timidator during gestation.
Caution: DO NOT FEED N-Timidator to lactating does.
Reminder: Fresh, clean water should be available at all times. Good, quality forage should be fed to appetite.
Feed is perishable and should be stored in a clean, dry well ventilated area so it will remain fresh and palatable. DO NOT feed moldy or insect infested feed to animals as it may cause illness, abortion or death.
