Land O Lakes Colostrum Replacer
Used as an aid in the treatment of failure of passive transfer (FPT) in newborn calves. Land O Lakes Colostrum Replacement is formulated so that one dose will replace the need for maternal colostrum in dairy or beef calves when maternal colostrum is unavailable or of unknown quality.
Directions: Empty entire contents of packet into 1 quart (4 cups) of 110 Degree F - 120 Degree water in a pail. Mix vigorously with a wire whisk or electric mixer until mixed. For best results, administer with a nipple bottle or esophageal feeder within 6 hours of birth (or as soon as possible). Feed reconstituted product entirely after mixing. Can also be fed mixed with warm maternal colostrum.
