Purina Mills Animax Supplement is a nutritious pelleted feed supplement designed for all livestock - EXCEPT SHEEP.
HORSES:
Foals: Supplement the starting creep ration with 10% to 12% Animax (200lbs - 250lbs per ton) starting on third day and continuing until the foal is a year old.
Yearlings and Mature Horses: 1/2lb per horse per day replacing an equal amount of the regular ration.
Brood Mares: 1 to 1-1/2lbs Animax daily starting 3 months before foaling and continuing throughout lactation.
Stallions: 1 to 1-1/2lbs daily along with the regular ration.
DAIRY CALVES: Mix 1lb Animax with 1 to 1-1/2lbs of cracked or rolled corn. Feed free choice along with water but small amounts daily to keep feed fresh. Wean at 4 to 5 weeks at which time calves should be eating 1-1/2 to 2lbs daily. Contine to feed free choice along with water intul 3 months of age. Then feed good quality hay and water free choice along with 4 to 6lbs of this mix until 7 months of age.

BEEF: To creep feed beef calves, formualte a ratio containing 10-15% Animax (200lb to 300lb per ton) with grain or regular ration and feed until calves are weaned (or longer for extra bloom and finish). For show animals, feed 1-2lbs of Animax per head daily.
SWINE:
Show Hogs:
1. Feed 1/4 to 1/2lb of Animax with daily meal of Show Chow for extra show condition.
2. Feed 1/2 to 1lb of Animax per day replacing an equal amount of the regular Show Chow to hold show condition.
Brood Sows: Feed 1/4lb daily starting 2 weeks before farrowing.
Lactating Sows: Topdress 1/2 to 1lb daily in the first 3 to 4 days after farrowing.
POULTRY:
Show Turkeys: Feed 1-2 tablespoons/bird/day or 2-4lbs /100 birds. Blend with pellets.
Show Chickens: Feed 1 tablespoon/bird/day or 2lbs/100 birds. Blend with pellets.
Show Game Birds: Feed 1tablespoon/bird/day or 2lbs/100birds. Blend with pellets
